So, we have worked with a software development company to come up with our own, bespoke bookkeeping software, called PRBookkeeping. It is designed to be as easy and user-friendly as possible with streamlined functionalities, plain screens and a convenient balance check function. The system also works as a communications platform with all relevant information, data, reports and messages in one central place, so you won’t need to search through your email inbox.
With both the software developers as well as our Practice Partner Chris having worked in network marketing themselves, PRBookkeeping is truly customised to the particular needs of this audience. The system is set up with all the right account headings to encourage clients to claim for everything that they are entitled to, in order to minimise their taxes.
Cloud based software is widely used in business now and offers multiple benefits to the end user, not least of all because it is accessible from anywhere, at any time. With the government’s Making Tax Digital initiative on the horizon, businesses will soon be required to complete all their tax affairs in a digital format.
